Data is used to operate scripts, improve services, and prevent abuse. We do not sell personal data.
We use trusted partners (hosting, Discord, payment providers). Data may be disclosed if required by law or to prevent harm.
Data is retained only as long as necessary. Logs are typically kept for 30–180 days unless required longer.
You may request deletion of your server or account data. To request, email support@xohus.help.
We apply technical and organizational safeguards, including access controls and monitoring. However, no system is fully secure.
Our services are intended for users who meet Discord’s minimum age requirements. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
